Lesa and Anna navigate sisterhood in Arendella as they enter adulthood and their lives begin to change. Will they welcome the new challenges and come closer together or grow apart in the face of struggle and constant disagreement? Traditional British Panto at its rambunctious best! Sparkling, magical, family fun awaits when you join our wacky cast! Come and sing along with toe-tapping music, groan at corny old jokes, cheer the good guys and boo the bad in another hilariously funny show with sparkling sets and colourful costumes. A perfect holiday treat for the whole family!

*The relaxed performance is sometimes called “sensory friendly performance” and is specifically designed to make theatre more welcoming for audience members with sensory, communication or other challenges.

During these plays patrons enjoy the show together with family and friends in welcoming, inclusive and relaxed spaces. “Relaxed Performances” are also excellent for anyone with babes in arms or toddlers.

  • Sound and lighting cues are adjusted to be less intense;
  • exiting and entering the auditorium is allowed at any time;
  • auditorium lights are never fully turned off;
  • pre-performance the cast explains what’s about to happen; and
  • audience noise, movement and even the use of phones or other “fidget devices” are tolerated.

Tickets NW is the ONLY official ticket seller for the Massey Theatre.
Purchasing tickets from any third party ticketing sellers is outside of Massey Theatre and Tickets NW ‘s liability and may result in the purchasing of a counterfeit ticket, which we don’t want you to do!

CONSUMER TICKET POLICIES

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Exceptions can be made for the following reasons:

If a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or postponed you will be able to obtain a refund. If the performance is cancelled you will be automatically refunded.

If the performance is re-scheduled or postponed, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact the box office and we will issue you a refund.

Massey Theatre has in place a detailed communicable disease plan, a new audience guide and new ticketing procedures to ensure events are safe and responsible. This information can be found by clicking here.

PLEASE NOTE: The Covid 19 pandemic remains a public health risk. The theatre is following all requirements for safe gatherings as per government directives. To increase your safety we encourage you and all guests to consider your personal wellness and risk factors for yourself and loved ones when deciding to attend. Individuals are responsible for limiting their own exposure to other guests. As such, the theatre can't be held legally responsible for risks related to viral transmission. Rest assured theatre staff are taking a proactive and professional role in the adherence to protocols in the facility and we encourage open communication with us if any safety concerns emerge throughout, or after, your attendance at the theatre. We are all in this together!

Applicable service charges (based on ticket price) are added to each ticket sold payable by the consumer.

Please note: All patrons in the theatre must have their own seat. Parents with babes in arms are asked to contact the box office to identify seating arrangements. Seniors rates apply to patrons age 65 and above and any children's rates apply to patrons 12 and below unless otherwise stated.
