ONLINE TICKET PURCHASING

Purchase tickets using our secure online system, or just browse for available seats.

Note: Verification of identity will be required when you pick up your tickets.

It has come to our attention that some of our patrons have purchased fraudulent tickets from secondary ticket sellers.

Ticketpro/TicketsNW is the sole ticketing provider of all tickets for Anvil and Massey Theatres and Eighth & Eight Creative Spaces. We do not work with secondary ticket sellers. 

We are not responsible for the validity of tickets that have been purchased from an unauthorized seller.

We are not able to guarantee entry for latecomers. If possible latecomers will be seated discretely in seating near the entrance to avoid disruption of the program.

Patrons with mobility challenges are encouraged to contact the box office for seat selection info@ticketpro.ca or 1-888-655-9090. Please note that there is no elevator to the balcony at this time.

Video and photography are strictly prohibited in the theatre.

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable. Exceptions can be made for the following reasons:

If the performance is re-scheduled or postponed, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. If the performance is cancelled you will be automatically refunded.

Applicable service charges (based on ticket price) are added to each ticket sold payable by the consumer.

Please note: All patrons in the theatre over the age of 2 must have their own ticket and seat. Babes-in-arms (children under two) may sit on their parent’s laps without a ticket but no seat will be available unless purchased.
For shows with separate pricing for Senior, Student and Children: Senior's rates apply to those aged 65 and above, Student's rates apply those currently enrolled in school and Children's rates apply to those aged 12 and below unless otherwise stated.
