éveil – directly translated from French as “Awakening” or “Arousal”
Many years ago, I read “the Celestine Prophecy” and James Redfield seconded my belief that perception of the invisible universal energy that unites all things starts with an increased awareness of beauty. Places, creatures, and objects that have a high level of that energy appear particularly beautiful. By becoming present to beauty, we become able to connect to the Universal Source of energy. My desire is to transfer some of that energy to you in viewing my paintings.
When I sense profound beauty, I am inspired to paint. I also paint images that flood my head before the stillness of meditation
My artwork is in private collections around the world and is featured on a variety of websites. Formerly an electrical engineer, I am also a yoga teacher and mother of two.
Hours are 1 to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday and during performances in the Massey Theatre.
