Royal City Musical Theatre and the Arts Council of New Westminster present Sing-a-long-a Grease! After the great success of Sing-a-long-a Sound of Music last year, they are giving the you one that you want (ooo-ooo-oo). This event is a fundraiser for both organizations for programming and services
This fully interactive screening of the classic film with on-screen subtitles is fun for everyone…Pink Lady, T-bird or general musical fan.
The evening begins with your Sing-a-long-a Grease host Erin Jeffery from the Arts Council of New Westminster leading a vocal warm-up before they show you how to use your free fun pack during the film and suggest some appropriate heckles and accompanying actions.
Then just sit back and watch Danny & Sandy and the gang, while singing (and dancing) along to the lyrics on the screen.
It couldn’t be easier… or more fun! The first rule of Sing-a-long-a is THERE ARE NO RULES!
Costumes are strongly encouraged and full audience participation essential. A costume contest will be held and prizes awarded, including tickets to the upcoming RCMT musical CABARET.
