Working with Massey Ticket Centre:
Massey Ticket Centre offers a convenient, friendly and professional ticketing service to a wide range of user groups. We are your accessible, local ticket centre committed to serving the community. Our aim is to meet or exceed your expectations by providing exceptional customer care and superior support services.
- Massey Ticket Centre is open in person at the box office or over the phone Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12pm-2pm and 3pm-6pm.
- Tickets are available online, in person or by phone.
- We accept all forms of payment including: Cash, Debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Cheques (with valid identification).
- Massey Ticket Centre uses Theatre Manager software from Arts Management Systems for booking all tickets.
- Massey Ticket Centre phone number is: (604) 521 5050.
- Massey Ticket Centre is also available to sell tickets for offsite events.
Rental Client Policies
- All clients are required to engage Massey Ticket Centre as the exclusive agent for the sale of tickets for engagements.
- Clients are allowed 20% of the house as well as 100 complimentary tickets to use at their discretion.
- All advertising and promotion for engagements will include the box office number and logo.
- Service charges (which include GST) are placed on top of the base ticket price.
- A $1.50 patron fee will be included in the ticket price. As per rental agreement, licensees are required to the $1.50 patron fee for every seat sold and on complimentary tickets over the first 100.
- From the $1.50 patron fee, $1.00 goes towards the theatre's Capital Improvement Fund and the $0.50 goes towards the theatre's Endowment Fund.
Consumer Policies
- Applicable service charges (based on ticket price) are added to each ticket sold payable by the consumer.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.
- Sold tickets may be held at the box office for pick up during box office hours right up until the start of the show. Alternatively, advance buyers may request mail service for an additional fee.
