Ticket Printing Information
As you embark on your on
the planning of your event, arrangements need to be made for your
ticket services. You must receive authorization prior to your event
from Massey Theatre not to use TicketMaster. If you are approved
to run your own box office services, you must use the Massey Theatre's
ticket printing service. To order tickets, please contact the Massey
Administration Office at 604-517-5900 to place your order. It takes
approximately one week to fill your order. Ticket printing prices
vary depending on the number of tickets ordered.
Please be aware that you
are required to add a $1.50 patron fee to the price of your tickets.
The fee goes towards the capital
improvement fund for the theatre.
It is your responsibility
to include GST in your ticket price and to remit this GST to Revenue
Canada accordingly. The ticket price given on your order form is
what will appear on your printed tickets. The Massey Theatre will
assume that you have included both GST and the patron fee in your
price.
Further Info
On the evening of your performance,
the Massey Theatre will make the box office space in the theatre
lobby available to you for selling tickets. However, box office
personnel and cash floats are your responsibility. The Massey Theatre
does not have access to cash boxes or change during performance
times.
Once you have set-up your
ticket printing system, please advise the Massey Theatre administration
office. This will provide our receptionist with the appropriate
information to field calls from our patrons who require information
about your show and want to buy tickets.
The Massey Theatre will do
its very best in assisting you with your ticketing needs. If you
