In conjunction with New Westminster’s 150th Anniversary a portrait series was commissioned recognizing exceptional artists of New Westminster past and present.
The series honours an eclectic group of artists whose contribution span the years from the early 1900s through today. Portrait work was created by artist Rosie Augustine.
