The Massey Helps Program
Massey Theatre Society offers a program of free access to theatre space four times per calendar year. The program exists to enhance the activities and initiatives of artistic and community organizations. Applications should reflect projects which are inclusive and open to the community and will assist the presenting organizations in a significant way toward achieving their artistic or charitable aims.

The I AM Youth Program
I AM - Imagination, Arts and Media. Through a new collaboration, local arts organizations, City and School District departments are providing a pilot program, I AM - Imagination, Arts and Media, for youth. The program endeavors to support and inspire youth to make a life long connection to creativity and positive self-expression.
Youth are invited to steer the program and participate in weekly drop-in sessions during the school year, special events, workshops and camps during breaks and holidays. The artistic/creative experiences will be facilitated by artists from the New Westminster and Greater Vancouver communities. Instructor, artistic advisors and volunteers will be needed as we begin in February. Massey Theatre will serve as the hub for the program where all the different arts experiences we can facilitate will take place.
Highlights include: film screenings and film making; dance workshops in diverse forms; vocal workshops; songwriting; special effects makeup training; concerts; Italian street painting; creative writing; musical composition; stand up comedy and opportunities to perform for those who wish to.
The I AM Program will create a youth advisory committee to help with the selection of workshops and activities. Please contact Massey Theatre to get involved.
